Antig's portable solutions are built around the A5 "BLADE" system. This system is designed as a lightweight, hand-held charger for portable devices such as cell phones, PDAs and digital cameras. With a small form factor, the A5 can be easily carried and provides several hours of charge time on a single cartridge.

Companies interested in portable solutions can define the A5 to their own spec, including hybrid versus non-hybrid designs, along with cartridge versus tank refueling options. Power output can be increased, however Antig recommends small stationary solutions for systems over 10W. This is particularly the case if these systems need to operate continuously, which favors more robust units that can handle more extreme power demands and have the ability to recycle water, which extends operation time.
